MASON BROS. OFFER
Andersons Accept (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 10. The offer by Mason Bros., Ltd, Auckland engineer, has been accepted by all the ordinary shareholders of Andersons, Ltd, Christchurch manufacturing engineer, Mason Bros, has announced. The offer is now unconditional. The bid was 121,004 Mason Bros, fully paid ordinary £1 shares for the 87,055 ordinary £1 shares in Andersons. As the Mason Bros, shares have now been split into 10s units, two units will be substituted for each £1 share offered. The bid was only for the ordinary shares in Andersons which are not listed. There are also 67,800 £l. preference shares, publicly held and officially listed. ‘ These shareholders have been advised that their rights will not be affected by the acceptance of the offer.
