Property Sold In Richmond The Richmond Mission house, on an acre and a half of land in Stanmore road has been bought by P. R. Knight, Ltd., from the estate of D. T. Smith. The house, about 60 years old, will be renovated and occupied by Mr Knight, whose company plans to build 30 owner-occupier flats on the adjoining land. Construction of the first block of eight flats, which will be known as Richmond Court, is to start immediately. The sale of the property was negotiated by Livingstone and Company, which has also been appointed sole agent for the flats.
