(N.Z, Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 30. The secretary of the New Zealand Speed Boat Association for the past six years, Mr H. Hall, of Christchurch, retired st the annual meeting of the association at New Plymouth on Saturday. Officers elected were:—Patron, Minister for Marine (Mr Scott): president, Mr E. E.
