INJUNCTION SOUGHT

(N.Z. Press Association) BLENHEIM, August 30. The Mayor of Blenheim (Mr S. P. Harling) will move at a special borough council meeting tomorrow for an injunction to be sought to stop the Marlborough Electric Power Board from placing junction boxes on footpaths in the middle of Blenheim. The boxes, 2ft 6in long, Ift wide and 3ft high, have been installed in the last few days to improve reticulation. The Power Board holds that it need not ask the council’s permission to put in the boxes.
