Scalded At Homes A boy aged three who fell into a bath of almost boiling water on August 22 died in the Burwood Hospital yesterday. He was Mark Andrew Morgan, son- of Mr and Mrs J. J. Morgan, of 30 Lake Terrace road. The accident happened in the late afternoon. The boy’s toy duck fell in the bath while it was being run. He attempted to retrieve it and fell in head first, fully clothed except for his shoes. His mother had told him. to take his shoes off and start getting undressed for his bath. A Maori baby boy died in Auckland Hospital early yesterday morning as a result of scalds he suffered in his home last Tuesday, the Press Association reported. He was Henry Pikaahu, aged 16 months, son of Mr and Mrs H. Pikaahu, of Onehunga.
