Cook With Elizabeth Chop Supreme
We probably cook ebopo wore than anything eice in this country, and here variety is easy to achieve for there are endless ways of cooking them. This recipe must sorely be one of the west detieions of all; ehop snpreme. The ehops are marinaded for an hoar in a piqeaat flavoured sauee tn which they are then baked to make a most dettrioas and uosaally flavoured meat Ingredients: 4 chops 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt' 1-8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons flour t teaspoon ground gmge
; teaspoon curry powder i teaspoon mustard 1 teas poon spice 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons tomato sauce Water to make up to one cup Method: Into a large cup place sugar, floor, ail spices and seasonings and make up to one full breakfast cup with water. Stir until there are no lumps remaining. Butter an ovenware dish and arrange the chops into it Pour over the marinade and steep for one hour, then place in a low oven and bake for two hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or fluffy rice, matchstick carrots and a green vegetabto.
