British firms that discriminate between races, religion or colour might face what the “Daily Express” called today a “squeeze.” Employers who persistently turn down job applications for these reasons now face a boycott by Ministry of Labour employment exchanges. This was announced in the Commons yesterday by Mr Joseph Godber, the Minister of Labour.
