Conference At Rotorua (N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA. July 20. Rotorua will become the capital of New Zealand at the week-end when the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) and most of his Cabinet will attend the annual conference of New Zealand National Party. The conference, which will be attended by more than 400 delegates and their wives, will open on Saturday in the Rotorua sound-shell and close on Monday. The highlight will be an address by Mr i Holyoake on Saturday night.

Mr and Mrs Holyoake will arrive in Rotorua on Saturday and return to Wellington on Monday evening. A National Party officer in Hamilton said the only absentee was expected to be the Speaker of the House (Sir Ronald Algie).
