AUCKLAND, July 19. A young man was killed and a young woman injured in an accident cn the main road eight miles north of Wellsford involving a parked truck and two cars at 7.40 p.m. today. The police had not released the man’s name late tonight. Miss Susan Mary Scrivener, aged 19, a dental nurse, of Warkworth, a passenger in the car driven by the young man, was taken to hospital with concussion.
