Board Firm On Collection GV Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, July 1. The Matamata Rabbit Board chairman, Mr M. Conder. said today there would be no capitulation in the collection of outstanding rates. The board was taking steps to recover all outstanding rates for 1963 as well as for this year, he said. Up to March 31, the board had lost nearly £5OOO in, revenue as a result of the action taken by the te Aroha “rebel” group. Mr Conder said there were three ways by which the board could recover unpaid rates: it could request a bailiff to levy execution under district warrants, as had been done at Te Aroha: it could take out a charging order on the land; or it could apply to the Supreme Court to scU up the farms or defaulting ratepayers. Seizing goods from “rebels” seemed the most sutiable. i
