A two-unit brick house at Tuirau place, Fendalton, was sold for £9OOO at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan. The initial bid was £BOOO. There were four bids of £250. The main unit has a lounge, three bedrooms, kitchenette, and bathroom.
