Archbishop’s Car Taken
<N Z Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 30.
A £9OO car owned by the Archbishop of New Zealand (the Most Rev. J. M. Liston, of Auckland) was taken from 22 Curran street, Herne Bay, early bn Sunday morning and driven around the city, Mr M. C. Astley, S.M., was told today. The car was later returned to the same street.
Michael Keefe, aged 17, fac-tory-hand. and Paul Te Ua, aged 18, labourer, admitted converting the car
The Magistrate remanded Keefe in custody until July 7 for a probation report and sentence. Te Ua was remanded on bail until July 7.
