NON-TOTE MEETS
Spotswood And Kurow The first equalisator meeting of the Spotswood Trotting Club on the Cheviot Trotting Club’s new racecourse, and the Kurow Trotting Club’s non-totalisator meeting at Oamaru tomorrow have drawn strong support from Canterbury stables. The Spotswood club will run a nine-race programme. With the exception of the qualifying trial and the two-year-old parade the fields have filled well. The Kurow programme will include two £2OO races for maiden pacers. Eleven races, including divisions, will be run during the day.
