MISSING STALKER
(N Z. Press Association) NAPIER, April 2. The search and rescue organisation will step up its search force to 70 early tomorrow in an j effort to find a deerstalker missing since Monday in dense bush in the Tarawera district off the Napier-Taupo road. The missing man. Peter G. Neverman, aged 27, of 37 Masefield avenue, Napier, entered the bush on Monday morning with two companions and has not been seen since.
The men intended being In the bush about two hours and carried few supplies. Nearly 50 men scoured the area today but failed to find any trace of the missing man.
