ST. HELENS HOSPITAL COMES UNDER NEW CONTROL.—Dr. L. C. L. Averill, chairman of the North Canterbury Hospital Board, paid his first official call at St. Helens Hospital yesterday. St. Helens, formerly administered by the Health Department, came under the control of the Hospital Board on April 1. In this photograph, from left, are Mr J. G.
