ALL ROADS LEAD TO TOKYO OLYMPICS.—A vast network of highways and expressways, elevated and subterranean, in Tokyo to relieve traffic congestion for the Olympic Games, is taking shape. All the new highways lead to the main stadium and the satellite stadiums. This six elevated road complex at Nihonbashi, Tokyo, runs through the business section of the city. The cars seen on the highway are on the section which links Tokyo’s international airport to the city. The other four roads are expressways to and from the main Olympic stadium.
