More Say For Small Unions
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 2. The viewpoint of smaller unions was in danger of being lost if they did not have more representation on the New Zealand Rugby council, said Mr C. E. Downes (Counties) He asked that the council be increased by one more delegate from each Island. Mr T. H. Pearce, a vicepresident, agreed that the suggestion should be investigated. Circumstances had changed considerably since the union’s constitution had been formulated.
