MR BLAZEY ELECTED

Mr H. C. Blazey, of Canterbury, was elected as a vicepresident of the New Zealand Rugby Union. This means that he will become president of the union in 1966. Mr D. A. Palmer (Otago) was elected president and Mr T. H. Pearce (Auckland) senior vice-president. The president of the Canterbury Rugby Union (Mr J. O. Hattersley) was unsuccessfully nominated for a place on the council.
