Canadian Bov Of 15 (N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, April 2. A 15-year-old boy who admitted the theft of £l2 from a Dunedin home last month was remanded in custody until next week by Mr J. D. Willis, S.M., in the Children’s Court this morning pending negotiations for his deportation.

Detective Senior-Sergeant J. K. Hamilton said the boy arrived in New Zealand from Canada in February, and since then had. been in various places of employment.

He had not been punished for the theft of a car in Vancouver after his mother undertook to send him to New Zealand where he would be under the control of an .older brother.

He admitted taking £3O from a hotel, but no complaint had been made to the police.
