Tea Ceremony Display

A public demonstration of the traditional Japanese tea ceremony will be given in Christchurch early next month. Mr Soko Sen, considered the greatest exponent of the ceremony will provide the demonstration in the Canterbury Museum lecture theatre on the evening of December 5. For the demonstration he will be assisted by Mrs Sen. Mrs K. Hara, wife of the Japanese Ambassador to New Zealand, and Mrs Nakagawa. wife of the Japanese Counsellor.
