Cox Bros. To Sell Some Property
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MELBOURNE, Nov. 29. Cox Brothers (Australia), Ltd., chain store retailer, was trying to sell a large part of its £llm freehold properties in Australia, the chairman. Sir Frank Richardson said at the annual meeting. Sir Frank Richardson told shareholders that the sale of freehold properties would bring cash back into the business enabling it to meet liabilities.
