A small bungalow at 2 Tanker ville road, Halswell, was passed in at £l9OO at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr R. Simes. The house has two bedrooms. lounge, sunroom, breakfast-room, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. There is also a garage on the section of 31 perches. A brick week-end bach at Waipapi avenue, Diamond Harbour, was passed in at £lOOO. The property was offered on account of the estate of Mr N. M. Bell by Mr Simes. The house has two bedrooms. living-room, kite iette, and conveniences. There is also a toolshed on the section of 3 roods 5.4 perches Sewer and high-pressure water .are available. A small factory and office building at 30 Main North road has been sold by private treaty by Binns. Barber, and Keenan. Ltd. The property was passed in at £4600 when offered at auction last week.
