FILMING OF RACES
Great Success At Auckland
Films of races run by the Auckland Trotting Club have been available for inspection by stipendiary stewards this season. The films have proved of tremendous value in confirming the reading of race incidents by stewards and. according to reports from Auckland, they have done much to improve the standard of driving J Butcher was susnended until November 9 after he had been found girlty of causing interference to Foretell in the ’’totom Handicap last Saturday. Charges against F. Smith and K. Balloch of causing interference in the second division of the Northern Challenge Stakes were adjourned until tonight.
