Soccer World Tour Trial Game

(N.Z. Press Association) MASTERTON, October 27. The President’s XI combined well to best K. Armstrong’s XI, 5-2, at the ’’Golden Games'* soccer match at Masterton today. The match was the first of two trials to select 18 players to represent New Zealand in a world tour, beginning next March.
