DRIVER FINED
Inquiries At Oamaru D. D. Nyhan, the driver of Earl Globe to the Fernbrook Handicap at Oamaru yesterday, was fined £l5 for causing interference to Cardiogram two furlongs and a half from the finish.

Master Alan was badly checked to the same incident. After the Wadtaki Handicap an objection was lodged against fourth placing being awarded to Dreaming on the grounds of galloping After hearing the evdience and viewing a photograph of the finish, it was decided thatDreaming had gained an advantage by breaking and she was disqualified from the race.
