The new store will handle both farm and general merchandise.

Although the appointee will be in charge of the Darfield store he will be responsible to our local field representative and be expected to co-operate in every way with him. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should be over 25 years of age, reliable, trustworthy, of good manner and appearance, and physically fit. The man we are looking for must also be enthusiastic and keen to see that clients receive the best possible service. As there will be occasions when the appointee will be required to work beyond normal hours to provide service to clients, a man living in Darfield would be most suitably placed. Although experience in farming, selling or general merchandising would be an advantage they are not essential. The main qualifications we seek are those which will ensure the success of our new store. SALARY: This will be based on the appointee's qualifications and experience.
