Australia's top Communists are doubtful that serious difference between Victorian members of the Australian Communist Party will result in the creation by breakaway members of a new party in Australia.

The general secretary of the Australian Communist Party (Mr L. J- Sharkey) said in a television interview he "could not care less what expelled party members do " Several prominent trade union Communist party members have resigned or have been removed from office in Victoria this month because of reported differences over the varying Moscow and Peking policy lines.
