Lister Twins Win Bouts
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 30. Peter and Paul Lister, the Gisborne fighting twins, won their bouts at the North Island amateur boxing trials on Saturday. Paul, a southpaw, gained a knockout decision over W. Kaulima in the second round, and Peter outclassed K. Collins. The New Zealand Boxing Council selection committee announced the following boxers to take part in the final trials at Gisborne on July 13:—B. Burt. Peter Lister, Paul Lister, S. Wheeler, J. Marshall. M. Santos. C. Kenney, W. Young.
