Connor Is Eligible
Doubts about D. M Connor’s eligibility to play for New Zealand on the tour of the British Isles and France were removed by the chairman of the New Zealand Rugby Union’s executive council (Mr T. C. Morrison) at a meeting of the council in Christchurch yesterday The records of the international Rugby Board stated plainly that South Africa. Australia and New Zealand could play dual internationals against any country he said. The rule that no person should play for two countries applied only to the Home Union
