Judge Refuses Discharge

Russell Herbert Mantell, of Christchurch, a printer (Mr G.- S. Brockett), was refused a discharge from bankruptcy by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday. His Honour ordered that no further application be made for at least 12 months Mantell was adjudged bankrupt on a creditor’s petition on July 22, 1959. Mr N. G. Hattaway appeared for seven creditors in opposition, all in the printing and compositing trade.
