Three goals in the second ■pell enabled the Canterbury women's hockey team to bea' New Zealand Universities, 3-0. in a scrappy match at Ham yesterday Canterbury had much the better of the first spell and on numerous occasions failed to score by the narrowest of margins. The Canterbury centrehalf. S. Comer. was always promlzent by dleve-ly making P *>' for her forwards and supporting well on cover defence At centre forward. F Kelly was a live player on attack A. Giles. H Wa’ker and D Eddy scored for Canterbury.
