New Share Issue
Ballins • Hotels, Ltd., plans to make an issue of 5s shares at par in the ratio of one for four held at July 2. 1962. The shares will be payable 2s 6d on application and 2s 6d not earlier than April 1, 1963. They will participate in full in the final dividend for the year ending March 31, 1963, to tbe extent of the amount paid up. Since its establishment in 1957. the company has made par issues of three for 20 in 1960 and seven for 23 in 1961.
