P. Impey Issues
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 19. Directors of Phillipps and Impey, Wellington glass, oil and colour merchants, propose to make a cash and bonus issue, and to split the shares into 5s units. Details of the issues are:— (1) Scrip issue of one for two, from pre-1957 profits. (2) Cash issue of one for nine held after the bonus issue, at a premium of 10s per £1 share.
