No Agreement On Coalition

(NZ. Preu Aun—Copyright) ANKARA. June 18

The leader of the Turkish People's Republican Party <Mr Ismet Inonu) is giving up his attempts to form a new coalition government, a spokesman for the party said in Ankara.

The spokesman said the New Turkey Party and the Republican Peasants’ National Party had failed to agree on the terms of a coalition, the British United Press reported. Mr Inonu agreed to try to form a new Cabinet after resigning last month.
