Blenheim Road Sewerage
The lowest tenderer for the second section erf the sewerage reticulations contract in the Blenheim road area had had no appreciation of the difficulties involved in road restoration, and the tender had been withdrawn, the construction committee reported to the Cluristchuroh Drainage Board. As a result, it had been decided to readvertise the ton tract, with the road restoration forming a separate contract
