PALMERSTON N-, June 17.

St. Andrews. Palmerston North. beat Hastings City, Hawke's Bay, 4-1. in a Chatham Cup soccer match in Palmerston North on Saturday. The halftime score was 1-1. Soon after the resumption St Andrews scored three quick goals, one of them a penalty The Hastings City goal-keeper. S Kelly, was knocked unconscious soon after the fourth St. Andrews goal and when an ambulance arrived 10 minutes later he was still unconscious. A St. John ambulanceman said that Kelly had been “knocked on the head” and probably had concussion. The Palmerston North Hospital reported his condition as satisfactory this afternoon
