Runner Still Undecided

The world mile and 880 yards record holder, P. G. Snell, has not yet decided whether to accept an invitation to compete in the Coliseum relays in Los Angeles in May. Snell thinks thait if he accepts the American invitation it will force his withdrawal from the European tour with the four other New Zealanders. The marathon and slx-mile champion, B. Magee, has accepted his invitation to Los Angeles, but the world threemile record holder, M. G. Halberg has declined an invitation to compete in the Mount San Antonio relays in California next month.
