L Letters sent to the BdMor tor printing must be written in ink on one side at the paper only and writer* must send in their names and addresses in full, whether they wish these to be published or not.

KJF.B.—You do not really add anything to what has already been said (by “The Press” as well as bv correspondents) about the application of the right-hand rule to Cathedral square. Sixty-Seven Years a Resident. —The Heathcote river was named after Sir William Heathcote (1801-1881), a member of the Canterbury Association. The valley and the county were subsequently named after the Heathcote river.
