The Now Zealand Wool Board reserves the right to use the winning garments lor publicity purposes before returning to contestant. 3. The decision of the judges—local and national—will bo final and no corraspon* dence will be entered into. 4. The closing date of the contest will bo Juno Bth, 1962. 5.
