Budget Cut In Andorra
(Special Crspdt. IWZP.A.) LONDON, February 20. Andorra, the minute republic in the Pyrenees, has just slashed its defence budget. Its Government has budgeted for a defence vote of £1 15s, which is a 6s reduction on last year. The sole purpose of it is to buy blank ammunition for occasional ceremonial salutes.
