FOR SUMMER BREEZES.—This cape of white and blue striped shantung is formed like an oversized hood from the hips and is worn over a blouse of the same material. Named “Montgolfiere”, the creation is from the spring and summer collection of beachwear presented recently in Florence by Patrick de Barentzen of Rome.
