Four Ministers And P.M. To Speak ( N.Z. Pres* Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 7. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) and four Cabinet Ministers will address public meetings in the National Party’s Waitaki electorate byelection campaign which opens next week, the party headquarters announced today. First speaker in the National Party campaign will be the Minister of Labour (Mr McAlpine), who will address the opening meeting at Pleasant Point on the night of Thursday, February 15. The Deputy-Prime Minister (Mr Marshall) will speak at Waimate on February 21. the Minister of Agriculture (Mr Taiboys) at Fairlie on February 28, and the Minister of Labour (Mr Shand) at the Benmore hydro project on March 6. Mr Holyoake will speak at Oamaru on March 8. two days before the poll on March 10 The National Party candidate will be chosen at a selection meeting to be held at Waimate tomorrow night.
