HERMITAGE BURGLARY
Man Arrested In Auckland
(N.Z. Press Association) TIMARU. September 3. Quick work and liaison among officers of the C. 1.8. at Timaru, Christchurch, and Auckland led to an early arrest in connexion with the burglary at the Hermitage last Friday. A sum of money was stolen when the hotel was entered illegally in the early hours of Friday morning and a man was arrested in Auckland today. He will appear in the Magistrate’s Court. Auckland, tomorrow morning charged with counting house breaking.
