Among the passengers were Major J. H. Foster, assistant air operations officer on Rear-Admiral R. E. Tyree’s staff, Lieutenant J. W. Potter, the United States Navy medical officer for the Antarctic advance headquarters at Harewood, and an Australian astro-physicist, Dr. A. R. Hogg, from California. Cargo carried on the aircraft was mainly for the Harewood base and Ross Island base. The Gk>bemas’.er is scheduled to leave Harewood tomorrow.
