Woman Struck By Car

A woman pedestrian suffered head injuries about 5 p.m. yesterday when she was struck by a ear at the corner of Linwood avenue and Hereford street. She is Miss Jean Jones, of 203 Linwood avenue. She was taken by St. John Ambulance to the Christchurch Hospital where she was admitted.
