250,000 th Refugee.— A Latvian refugee, Otto Kampe. aged 44, today flew into Darwin, to become the 250,000 th refugee accepted into Australia since World War 11. He arrived with 75 other refugees, including his wife and their five children.—Darwin. .Time 22.
