Fendalton Property Passed In

A property of 100 acres in upper Fendalton, about six miles from Cathedral square, was offered at public auction yesterday in two lots.

Lot one, of 85 acres, complete with a two-storeyed house, was passed in at £lBO an acre. Bidding started at £l7O an acre.

Lot two, comprising 14 acres together with a steel hay barn and an implement shed, was passed in at £2lO an acre. Bidding started at £lBO an acre. The property was offered on account of the estate of Mr W. A. Franks.
