When she was found a derelict in 1955 with no trace of her 25 passengers and crew, she was put up for sale at public auction. She was bought by Mr D. Simpson, of Vanua Levu, and taken over by a group of planters wh«”i he died Last November she groundc on a reef at Vatuvula. but was floated (.off and reached Levuki. She was then beached at Nasova, C-?.lau.
