Petr Mgov, has made two record jumps from the stratosphere, sMotSIm to the Soviet news agency, Tam Dolgov jumped from a fast Jef plane on June 3 from 12VT4 metres (about 43,000 feet) end tist Tuesday from 14.834 metres (atttil 49.000 feet). The jumps beat the world record set in 1958 by- a Bulgarian, Kalapehiev, and wotfd be sent to the International Aviation Federation for confirmation.
