Properties Passed In At Auction
A five-bedroomed house in Holm wood road. Fendalton, was passed in at auction at £5200 yesterday. Bidding opened at £4500 and rose by £lOO bids. The property was offered on account of the estate of the late Mrs D. Bretherton.
A farm property of 27 acres at Woodend was also passed in. at £6750. Bidding opened at £6OOO and rose bv one bid of £5OO and one of £250. The property which includes a three-bedroomed house was offered on account of Mr G. B. Winchester.
